Clean lines, dense coverage, and a look that holds up in any enclosure. The Pangea Japanese Laurel Hanging Bush offers a more structured, refined foliage style compared to tropical varieties — making it a versatile choice for both naturalistic and minimalist enclosure builds. At 24 inches with 5 full vines, it delivers substantial coverage without looking overdone.
What it is
A large artificial hanging plant modeled after Japanese laurel foliage, featuring 5 separate vines with large, vibrant leaves. Leaves are secured to the stem and won't shed or detach during misting, climbing, or regular enclosure maintenance.
What it's used for
- Adding visual cover and climbing structure to arboreal enclosures
- Creating a naturalistic backdrop or side-wall coverage
- Reducing stress by breaking line of sight for shy or skittish species
- Complementing bioactive setups where additional foliage density is needed
May be appropriate for
- Crested geckos, gargoyle geckos, and other arboreal lizards
- Chameleons and other species that benefit from layered foliage
- Tree frogs and tropical or subtropical amphibians
- Any enclosure where a clean, structured plant aesthetic is preferred
Specs
- Length: 24 inches (also available in 18")

Husbandry notes
Rinse before placing in the enclosure. Wipe down periodically to remove misting residue, waste, or dust. Suction cups adhere best to clean, dry glass — press firmly and allow a few minutes to set before loading with weight. Reposition vines to build out natural-looking layered coverage.
Artificial plants won't contribute to humidity or bioactive microfauna the way live plants do, but they're a reliable, zero-maintenance option for keepers who want the look without the upkeep.
